Instal Ubuntu di flashdisk

Kayaknya nggak penting banget artikel ini… tapi saya lihat di analisa keyword ada yang mencari artikel tentang cara install linux di flash disk. Sebenarnya fungsinya ini hampir sama dengan live CD… cuma bedanya terkadang beberapa netbook belakangan ini tidak di lengkapi dengan alat baca/tulis untuk media DVD/CD bisa sih diatasi kalau punya uang dengan membeli external DVD/CD tapi kalau nggak mau keluar biaya lagi dan biasanya karena orang iseng kepengen tau akhirnya mencari artikel tentang ini.

Dalam contoh artikel ini kita coba install ubuntu 9.10 di flash disk… Persiapan sebelum memulai:

1. Miekocok Windows.
2. Pegel Linux ubuntu 9.10 iso.
3. Flashdisk dengan kapasitas 2GB di format FAT32.
4. U910P.exe

Langkah-langkahnya:

1. Download U910P.exe lalu extrack.
2. Download linux ubuntu 9.10 iso (torent).
3. Letakkan file linux ubuntu 9.10 iso kedalam folder U910P yang sudah di extrack.
4. Di dalam folder hasil extrack U910P klik U910.bat dan ikuti petunjuknya sampai selesai.
5. Setelah selesai, setting BIOS untuk melakukan booting melalui flashdisk.

Selesai deh….. sebenarnya masih banyak lagi linux yang bisa kita install ke flashdisk, dalam contoh di atas saya pilih ubuntu karena ubuntu yang paling familiar sama saya

Tips Mengatasi Problem Komputer Gagal Masuk ke Windows

Menyalakan atau me-restart komputer, tapi komputer hanya menampilkan error ketika mencoba masuk ke Windows adalah hal yang menjengkelkan. Artikel ini mungkin bisa membantu mengatasinya.

Ketika komputer startup, dan ternyata tidak mau masuk ke Windows dengan error seperti ‘dll not found’ atau mungkin menampilkan ‘blue screen’ bisa disebabkan oleh banyak hal, antara lain:

1. Sistem operasi Windows ada file yang secara tidak sengaja terhapus
2. Ada virus, spyware atau trojan yang ikutan ‘loading’ ketika komputer startup
3. Ada file (driver) rusak yang rusak, dan ketika dibaca oleh Windows gagal
4. Ada kerusakan pada hardware, terutama pada memori komputer atau harddisk
5. Sistem operasi Windows rusak atau belum selesai diinstalasi
6. Ada setting BIOS yang di-setting tidak benar atau baru diubah

Cara mengecek dan mengatasinya adalah:

1. Startup dengan menggunakan metode ‘safe mode’ (tekan F5 ketika komputer pertama kali mau masuk ke Windows, lalu pilih ‘safe mode’). Kalau komputer berhasil masuk ke Windows berarti ada ‘loading’ yang tidak bisa dibaca oleh Windows secara benar. Matikan ‘loading’ tersebut dengan menggunakan perintah ‘msconfig’ pada bagian startup (panggilnya di start>run>msconfig)

2. Kalau komputer tidak bisa masuk ke Windows, cara termudah adalah repair Windows. Caranya adalah masukkan CD instalasi Windows, terus ubah BIOS untuk startup lewat CD/DVD-ROM, setelah instalasi masuk ke bagian install Windows, pilihan opsi repair Windows. Kamu bisa menginstall ulang Windows ke folder baru atau menformat harddisk bila ternyata repair Windows gagal.

3. Pastikan dahulu kamu tidak ada mengubah setting BIOS sebelumnya, kalau ada kamu sebaiknya mengembalikannya seperti semula, kalau lupa sebaiknya pilih opsi ‘Loading BIOS default’.

4. Bila langkah-langkah di atas gagal semua, kemungkinan ada kerusakan pada hardware kamu. Kerusakan pada umumnya terletak pada memori dan harddisk. VGA dan mainboard mungkin juga bisa rusak, tapi kemungkinannya sangat kecil.

catatan: Kerusakan driver VGA card bisa juga menyebabkan Windows tidak bisa masuk. Kamu harus startup di ‘safe mode’ lalu uninstall driver VGA yang rusak dahulu, dan baru install kembali driver VGA yang benar ketika masuk ke Windows secara normal.

Solusi Problem Flasdisk

Mungkin kita pernah mengalami hal seperti judul tersebut diatas. Saat flashdisk dicolokkan, tanda usb drive di taskbar juga sudah muncul, tetapi ketika kita membuka windows explorer ternyata flashdisk tersebut tidak muncul atau tidak terdeteksi. Bingung khan akhirnya??? Mo diapakan flashdisk ini ??? Mau di format tetapi flashdisk tidak muncul, mau buka data flashdisk tidak terdeteksi .

Mungkin cara dibawah ini bisa membantu shobat untuk mengatasi flashdisk tidak terdeteksi :

1. Merubah flashdisk menjadi enable.
Flashdisk tidak terdeteksi bisa jadi karena flashdisk tersebut dalam keadaan disable. Untuk menjadikan flashdisk jadi enable, dapat dilakukan melalui device manager.

• Setelah flashdisk dicolokkan, buka device manager. Untuk membuka device manager ada beberapa cara. Cara pertama dengan klik kanan [MyComputer] > [properties] > pilih tab [hardware] > [device manager]. Cara kedua adalah klik kanan [mycomputer] > [manage] > [Device manager].
• Setelah muncul jendela device manager, klik tanda [+] pada [disk drives].
• Maka akan muncul disk yang sedang terpasang dikomputer, baik harddisk maupun flashdisk. Jika pada drive flashdisk terdapat tanda silang merah, berarti flashdisk dalam keadaan disable. Untuk merubahnya lakukan klik kanan pada drive usb flashdisk kemudian pilih [enable].
  
• Sekarang buka windows explorer, apakah flashdisk sudah muncul ??
1. Dengan merubah drive letter and paths
• Masuk ke disk management. Klik kanan [MyComputer] > [manage] > [disk management]. Pada windows 7 : klik kanan [Computer] > [manage] > [Storage] > [disk management].
• Di jendela sebelah kanan, klik kanan drive flashdisk shobat kemudian pilih change drive letter and paths.
  
• Klik [change]. Pada jendela yang muncul ubah drive letter ke huruf yang belum terpakai. Klik [OK], klik [OK]
  
• Sekarang buka windows explorer, flashdisk muncul dengan letter path yang berbeda dari sebelumnya.
2. Gunakan software repair flashdisk
   
   Dengan menggunakan software repair flashdisk ini, data akan terhapus, karena akan terformat. Untuk software repair flashdisk, bisa dibaca lebih lanjut di sini.
